North Bay Honor Flight's Mission is Two-Fold:
One of recognition, to provide a long-overdue "Welcome Home" and community of support to veterans who served during the World War II, Korean, and Vietnam War eras, ensuring their sacrifices are never forgotten.
One of gratitude, for veterans' service, sacrifice, and selflessness. We proudly celebrate America's veterans with a Tour of Honor at our nation's capital.
A 2023 Chapter Launch
At 1615 on March 31, 2023 at co-founders Jennifer and Kevin Wodlinger's home — a leadership team with prior Honor Flight experience — the first regular meeting of the North Bay Honor Flight was called to order and the North Bay Honor Flight chapter was launched. In 2024, leadership and board composition pivoted as chapter co-founder Claudio Calvo, USMC took the helm. The board is currently led by Nicole McAdams, U.S. Marine Corps veteran and NBHF Mission Commander.
